We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our business, we adhere to a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure that all our guests have the best experience possible

Policy Details:        •       Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund.        •       Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour departure will not be eligible for a refund.        •       Rescheduling your trip is possible but must also be done 48 hours in advance of the initial departure time. Rescheduled trips are based on availability and are not guaranteed.        •       If Lightly Salted Charters must cancel your tour due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule based on availability.

Please Note:Failure to show up for your scheduled tour without prior cancellation will result in the full charge of the booking amount.We strongly encourage all guests to be certain of their plans before booking with us. Full refund is granted if cancellation request is confirmed more than 48 hour in advance of the charter time by phone or text. Weather conditions to be determined the morning of the charter, with full refund if we cancel due to dangerous weather. Please understand the reason for our cancellation policy: Within 48 hours prior to your charter, we will not likely re-book the date you had chosen, your food/drink purchases have already been made, and we owe the captain/mate at least a portion of their lost wages.
