If You Need To Cancel
A full refund is granted if the cancellation request is confirmed more than 14 days in advance of the charter time by phone or text. Weather conditions to be determined the morning of the charter, with full refund if we cancel due to dangerous weather.
If you cancel within 14 days, we may not refund your deposit.
Please understand the reason for our cancellation policy: Within 48 hours prior to your charter, we will not likely re-book the date you had chosen, your food/drink purchases have already been made, and we owe the captain/mate at least a portion of their lost wages. We understand things come up! If you need to reschedule, please contact us. Requests to change a trip date are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.
If There Is Bad Weather
Safety and fun are our top priority. All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Our goal is to get you on the water and hooked into fish. If there is bad weather off the coast, we can usually pivot to target nearshore or inshore species. We will be in touch leading up to your trip if the weather threatens the quality and safety of the trip.

- If we’re already out, we will pro-rate the trip and deduct the hourly time.
