If You Need To Cancel

All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. All bookings require a 25% deposit to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the booking date, unless the weather is deemed unsafe for the operation of the vessel (in which case, a full refund will be issued. Requests to change a trip date are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated. Any cancellations by the customer within 48 hours of the booking date will result in a charge of the full balance of the trip.

If There Is Bad Weather

Safety and fun are our top priority. All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Our goal is to get you on the water and hooked into fish. If there is bad weather off the coast, we can usually pivot to target nearshore or inshore species. We will be in touch leading up to your trip if the weather threatens the quality and safety of the trip.

  • If we need to reschedule, we will contact you to find a better date.
  • If we need to cancel due to bad weather, we may refund your deposit.
  • If we’re already out, we will pro-rate the trip and deduct the hourly time.
