Yes! Our trips require a $250 deposit. The remaining balance is due the day of the trip.

The best time to fish for sharks and tarpon in Islamorada is during the spring and summer months, typically from April to August. This is when water temperatures are ideal, and these species are more active.

Your safety and fun on the water are our top priority. If bad weather threatens our trip, the captain will make a call:

• If bad weather prevents us from going out, we can reschedule or refund your deposit
• If bad weather occurs during the trip, we will come in for safety, and your trip will be pro-rated accordingly
• If bad weather affects a certain trip type, we may be able to pivot to an alternative experience.

We do not keep shark or tarpon, but if we catch any other keeper species we can keep them within seasonal regulations.

Yes! We clean and process your fish for transport home.

You can have a local chef prepare and cook your catch at local restaurants like the Square Grouper and Lazy Days.

We offer freezing and shipping of your catch upon request.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and fun fishing experience. We practice safe fish handling techniques and respect the catch.

We do not have a minimum age but these can be hard-fighting fish that may be too much for some of the smaller kiddos. Our captains are always here to lend a hand when needed.

A 20% tip is customary on our shark and tarpon fishing trips.

We recommend you go before we leave the dock. Angler House has bathrooms your party can use. Depending on where we’re fishing, we can run back to the marina or head to shore for an emergency bathroom break.
