Islamorada, a prime fishing destination in the Florida Keys, offers anglers a year-round opportunity to target a diverse array of pelagic species. We’re heading anywhere from 8-15 miles offshore to fish the edges of the reef and the humps, targeting some of the most iconic offshore species the area has to offer.

Target Species

We target a variety of pelagic species trolling offshore of Islamorada. During the summer months, mahi-mahi, wahoo, and kingfish are commonly sought after. As the water temperatures cool in the fall and winter, sailfish and blackfin tuna start showing up.

Where We Fish

We fish around the reefs and humps offshore of Islamorada, typically ranging from 8 to 15 miles from shore, which takes approximately 20-30 minutes to reach by boat. These areas offer diverse depths, from shallow reefs in 30-50 feet of water to deeper humps in 100-200 feet. The best seasons for fishing these locations vary depending on the target species.

What's Included

We pride ourselves on our meticulously maintained boat. We provide all rods, reels, tackle, and bait. The cooler is loaded with ice and water. We encounter some great “keeper” species on these trips. If we catch any good-eating fish, we’ll fillet and package them for you to transport home or to a local restaurant to cook up for you.

What To Bring

Dress for the weather. Comfortable, SPF clothing is always great. Bring snacks, lunch, and beverages of your choice. If you want to use your own tackle, feel free to bring it as well.

Do you require a deposit?

What if we need to cancel?

What if there is bad weather?

Your safety and fun on the water are our top priority. If bad weather threatens our trip, the captain will make a call:

If bad weather prevents us from going out, we can reschedule or refund your deposit
If bad weather occurs during the trip, we will come in for safety, and your trip will be pro-rated accordingly
If bad weather affects a certain trip type, we may be able to pivot to an alternative experience.
